Our daughter had a really difficult year, and the Sign Elf just made her day. The personalized touch caused her to cry tears of joy. I had no idea how much she would love the sign! We had a wonderful experience working with The Sign Elf! They were so easy to communicate with and very helpful with what they thought would look best when I was at a loss and needed suggestions. We were celebrating multiple birthdays and we needed ideas on how to do that without it looking too busy. I was given this companies name from a friend who had just used them. Called and paid for my package. They were very patient and wonderful from start to end. Never went a day without being responded to. I called a few days before the boys actual birthday and asked if my date could be moved up. They had 2 days notice and jumped into action. They had no issue and never once made it seem like it was an inconvenience to move my date up. Customer service has taken a huge dip over the last few years but The Sign Elf definitely knows how to treat a customer well.
