Greetings are rented for 24 hours.  Rentals can be extended for $25 per additional day.  Please specify when booking.

We prefer at least a 7-day notice but will do our best to accommodate rush orders. Please order early to ensure availability.  Orders with less than a 48 hour notice will incur a $25.00 rush fee and less than 24 hour notice will incur a $35.00 fee.

We deliver and decorate 7 days a week except on major holidays. We typically set up in the evening prior to the date of your event and then pick up the morning after the event but we may deliver early the morning of. Time depends on number of yards we have booked. However, if there is a certain time frame you prefer us to deliver, such as when the recipient is not at home or is sleeping, we will work with you to make that happen. We love surprises and want to ensure that is what your loved one receives.

We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility and a beautiful backdrop for pictures. If there is a specific spot you would like for us to place the yard signs, please notify us when you place your order. We cannot guarantee exact placement if you are not at home when we deliver the signs, and/or if you have not marked the location in the yard with a clearly visible marker.

The signs will not damage your yard. The yard signs are displayed on thin wire stakes which are barely seen when removed.

No, you are paying to rent a customized sign and for the setting up and removal of the sign. We do offer personalized celebratory signs that can be added to your yard designs or as a standalone for an additional charge.  These are yours to keep and we will work with you to design your keepsake sign!
