Greetings are rented for 24 hours.  Birthday/special occasion greeting rentals can be extended for $40.00 per 24 hours.  Graduation rentals can also be extended for $50.00 per 24 hours Please specify when booking.

We prefer at least a 7-day notice but will do our best to accommodate rush orders. Please order early to ensure availability.  Orders with less than a 24 hour notice will incur a rush fee.

• A travel fee will be charged on a reservation over 20 miles beyond our business location in 33635.
• For distances over 25 miles there is a minimum 48 hour rental; additional $40.00 or $50.00 for graduation greetings.

We typically set up the evening before the event date if it falls on a Mon, Tue, Wed and Thurs. If the event date falls on a Fri, Sat or Sun we typically deliver the morning of your event.

The time depends on the number of yards we have booked. However, if there is a certain time frame you prefer us to deliver, we will work with you to make that happen. We love surprises and want to ensure that is what your loved one receives.

We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility and a beautiful backdrop for pictures. If there is a specific spot you would like for us to place the yard signs, please notify us when you place your order. We cannot guarantee exact placement if you are not at home when we deliver the signs, and/or if you have not marked the location in the yard with a clearly visible marker.

The signs will not damage your yard. The yard signs are displayed on thin wire stakes which are barely seen when removed.

No, you are paying to rent a customized sign and for the setting up and removal of the sign. 

We will not be able to deliver your Sign Elf yard greeting if there is lightning, a hurricane or other hazardous weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, we can reschedule your yard sign or provide a full refund.
