We could install as early as 8p.m. the day before the event! If you are needing the sign installed at a certain time, please indicate the specific time in the “Comments” field of the Booking Form. We will try our best to accommodate the request.
- All requests will be reviewed for availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee reservation.
- PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM! We will send you emails from notifications@fieldpulse.com regarding your order. CHECK SPAM if you don’t receive an email. This is where they almost always end up.
- We will email you a confirmation of your order so please DOUBLE CHECK the address and delivery date and let us know of any issues.
- Please review our PRICING and POLICIES before submitting your request. Burst & The SIGN Elf Packages include ONE name. Additional names are $5.00 in these packages. Rush fees apply to last minute bookings (Orders placed less than 48 hours will incur $25 rush fee. Orders placed less than 24 hours will incur a $35 rush fee).
- Any installation beyond 20 miles from our business location (73142) will incur a $35 travel fee.
- An invoice will be sent to you once we have confirmed your booking. No bookings are final until payment is made. We are only able to hold your reservation for 48 hours without payment. After that time, someone else is able to book that slot.
