Signs are rented for approximately 24 hours. Rentals can be extended for $25 per additional day.  Graduation bookings can be extended for 50% of regular price for every extra day. Please specify when booking.

If the installation address is outside of our service area and not within another franchises territory we may be able to accept the booking but will likely assess a nominal fee for time/mileage.

We deliver and install 7 days a week. We typically install overnight between the hours of 10 pm through 6 am on morning of your event. Time depends on number of yards we have booked. However, if that timeframe does not work for you please let us know and we will work with you for a time that fits everyone’s schedule. We love surprises and want to ensure that is what your loved one receives. 

There is a section on the order form to list where you would like the sign installed. If you do not fill that section out or for some reason the sign will not fit or we cannot access that location then we will use our best judgement.

The signs will not damage your grass yard. The yard signs are displayed on thin wire stakes which are barely seen when removed. If you have artificial turf or other surfaces that would not be penetrated please let us know where you would like the signs installed. Some customers ask to be installed in flower beds. We also have wooden platforms available for an additional fee that will go on any flat surface (indoors, driveways, etc). 

No, you are paying to rent a customized sign and for the setting up and removal of the sign. We offer personalized celebratory signs that can be added to your yard designs or as a standalone for an additional charge.  Those are yours to keep and we will work with you to design your keepsake sign!
