All prices include rentals, set up and pick up.  Tax will be added based on zip code.

All Greetings are approximately 24 hours-Additional time is $25 per extra 24 hours.  PLEASE SEE BIRTHDAY GALLERY FOR MORE EXAMPLES OF PRICING.

We LOVE customizing and designing the perfect greeting to compliment the theme of your event! No matter the theme, we can create the most unique graphics to make your celebration even better. We need at least 7 days for custom design and printing. There is an extra charge in addition to the package prices listed below. What can we design for you??

Burst Greeting

Perfect for smaller yards or for those who love the simple things in life. The package is either “Name IS  age” OR our 42″ Happy Birthday Single Sign with their name, age PLUS all coordinating extras in the recipient’s favorite colors.

The SIGN Elf Greeting

Happy Birthday spelled out plus ONE name (extra name is $5). You pick the colors and tell us the name, age, and all of your loved one’s favorite things, and we will make it great!

Custom Greeting

This one will have them talking! Our Custom Greeting combines any custom phrase up to 21 letters ($1 for every letter over) with all of the fun extras!

We are available to book your event for any time! We prefer booking 7 days in advance, but we can do rush orders for a fee. Please call to discuss if you need your order within the next 7 days.

  • We provide Free Delivery in our service area. View our service area.
  • We extend a 10% discount to all nonprofits!
  • Additional nights are $25 each.
  • Orders placed less than 48 hours in advance of installation will incur a $25 rush fee. Orders placed less than 24 hours in advance of installation will incur a $35 rush fee. Same day rush bookings will incur a fee of $45. (Availability not guaranteed)

Payments and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date. We will send you an invoice upon confirmation. 

You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.

We understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control and plans change. We will gladly reschedule the delivery or reimburse you 100% minus credit card processing fees if you need to cancel, but you must give us at least 48 hours’ notice. After 48 hours, you may choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate (minus credit card processing fees) as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on our availability.

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. If this occurs, we will promptly refund the full rental price. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, heavy snow, ice (severe frozen yard), high wind over 30 mph, heavy rain/hail, tornadoes, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in danger. Please know that it must be extreme weather for us to not deliver. Rain will never be the cause of a cancellation, and the wind must be severe enough to impact the stability of the signs. We reserve the right to pull a greeting early if hazardous weather conditions arise.

No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address. We will email you a confirmation of your order so please DOUBLE CHECK the address and delivery date to make sure we can deliver to you on time with no hiccups. We will make every effort to contact you if a problem arises as your satisfaction is our goal.

No refunds will be given due to the recipient(s) requesting us to remove the lawn display immediately.

No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. Please let the security guard know our name and the date we will be arriving or provide us with the gate access code if required.

No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display.

We respectfully reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel may be unsafe for our signs or our delivery people. This is rare, and we will contact you if this situation arises.

Our only goal is that you and your loved one are completely happy and satisfied. By booking with The SIGN Elf, you agree to all policies stated above.
