All prices include rentals, set up and pick up. Tax will be added based on zip code.
All Packages are approximately 24 hours. Additional time is $25 per extra 24 hours. Please see the **Birthday Gallery** for more examples of our different packages.
Burst Package

Perfect for smaller yards or for those who love the simple things in life. The package is our single 42 inch “Happy Birthday” sign (available in a variety of colors/designs) and ONE name & Age plus three coordinating graphics catering to the recipients favorite hobbies and colors.
Classic Package

Great option for a casual or understated vibe! This option spells out “Recipients Name-Is-Age” plus five coordinating graphics catering to the recipients favorite hobbies and colors.
**Does NOT include the phrase “Happy Birthday”**
The SIGN Elf Package

Everything you want is wrapped in this special gift! “Happy – Age – Birthday” spelled out & ONE name (extra name is $15) plus five coordinating graphics catering to the recipients favorite hobbies and colors.
Custom Package

This one will have them talking! Our Custom Package combines any phrase of your choosing up to 25 characters ($2 for every character over) plus five coordinating graphics catering to the recipients favorite hobbies, colors of the theme of the sign.
Elf Stand

Our premier sign greetings now brought indoors or to any flat surface! Maximum of 10 characters long per row with a limit of two rows. Must book at least 72 hours in advance. Additional characters are $5 each.
Arrangement Package

Bring your event to life with visuals at every angle! This can include trailing along sidewalks, small pops to fill in empty spaces or cover-ups for unsightly areas. Please inquire before booking. *This is NOT a replacement for two sign packages.

Spot Lights

Make sure your sign is ready to capture those special moments all day long! Our spot lights are solar powered and have a backup battery ensuring everyone sees your sign no matter the weather or time of day.
42" Numbers
$20
Make any sign bolder with our 42″ Numbers in Black Foil, Silver Glitter or Gold Foil. Price is per pair (ex. “26”). “2026” is $40.
Extra Day
$25
Is your event multiple days? You can extend your reservation for an additional 24 hours (or more). This must be added at time of reservation otherwise extra days cannot be guaranteed.
Additional Info
We prefer booking at least 7 days in advance but orders received less than 3 days before the install date may have a rush fee applied (based on availability and demand). We are available to install signs every day of the week and some holidays. For some major holidays we may require the sign to be installed for more than 24 hours to give our elves a much needed break as well.
- Orders placed 72 hours or less of installation may incur a $25 rush fee.
- Orders placed 48 hours or less of installation may incur a $45 rush fee.
- Orders placed 24 hours or less of installation may incur a $75 rush fee
- Same day rush bookings may incur a $100 or more rush fee.
We provide Free Delivery in our service area. View our service area.
- If you live outside of our service area and another Sign Elf franchise does not serve your area, we may be able to deliver but will include an out of service area/mileage charge.
Additional days are $25 each.
Extra characters may be able to be added to some packages for $2 per character.
Limit of 5 Hobby/Interest graphics per package except for Burst Package which has a limit of 3.
- Balloons, Stars, Hearts, Cake, Gift Boxes, Party Hats, etc are not considered graphics and will not be counted toward the limit of 5.
- Additional Hobby/Interest graphics (sports/teams, occupations, food, activities etc) are $3 each.
- Some Hobbies/Interests may include more than one graphic. Ex. Baseball – may receive ball, bat, glove, etc all for the price of one additional charge of $3 (based on availability).
We LOVE customizing and designing the perfect greeting to compliment the theme of your event! No matter the theme, we can create the most unique graphics to make your celebration even better. We need at least 7 days for custom design and printing. There is an extra charge in addition to the package prices listed above. What can we design for you?? Payments and Refunds
Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date. We will send you an invoice upon confirmation.
You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
We understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control and plans change. We will gladly reschedule the delivery or reimburse you 100% minus credit card processing fees if you need to cancel, but you must give us at least 48 hours’ notice. After 48 hours, you may choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate (minus credit card processing fees) as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on our availability.
In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. If this occurs, we will promptly refund the full rental price. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, heavy snow, ice (severe frozen yard), high wind over 30 mph, heavy rain/hail, tornadoes, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in danger. Please know that it must be extreme weather for us to not deliver. Rain will never be the cause of a cancellation, and the wind must be severe enough to impact the stability of the signs. We reserve the right to pull a greeting early if hazardous weather conditions arise.
No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address. We will email you a confirmation of your order so please DOUBLE CHECK the address and delivery date to make sure we can deliver to you on time with no hiccups. We will make every effort to contact you if a problem arises as your satisfaction is our goal.
No refunds will be given due to the recipient(s) requesting us to remove the lawn display immediately.
No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. Please let the security guard know our name and the date we will be arriving or provide us with the gate access code if required.
No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display.
We respectfully reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel may be unsafe for our signs or our delivery people. This is rare, and we will contact you if this situation arises.
Our only goal is that you and your loved one are completely happy and satisfied. By booking with The SIGN Elf, you agree to all policies stated above.
